HYT-Himalayan Yoga Traditional class is taught as it is in the Himalayan lineage. These classes have a purpose to lead the student towards meditation, therefore, HYT students, learn to sit in the correct posture through asana practice, relax fully with joint and gland exercises, practice correct breathing, and then combine breath-awareness with the mantra. This class is suitable for beginners.
Hatha Yoga class -is purely focused on physical and energy body practices. Includes beginners and intermediate asana practice, pranayama, and relaxation. This class also includes the therapeutic aspect of asana practice, therefore, helps to improve backaches, hormonal health, thyroid, arthritis etc. This class is suitable for both beginners and intermediate students.
Pranayama and Meditation class- are suitable for the experience students who would like to progress in their Yoga practice

*6.15am classes are flexible,students can leave by 7.15am if required.
*11am classes are held at Glenunga Hub
*9.30am-10.30am Wed and Fri Hatha classes are conducted in the Newland Park,Burnside
