 The Mighty Himalayas

For time immemorial, Himalayas is considered as the abode of God, Goddesses and great sages in Vedic tradition and have a most noteworthy place in Indian culture.

Mountains are the symbol of strength and vigor and for time immemorial inspired creativity and kindled courage in humans. On the other hand, mountains are also bursting with spiritual essence and serenity which individuals always look for.

Importance of the Himalayas in Yoga

The systematic practice of Yoga Meditation comes from the ancient cave monasteries of the Himalayas, the source of the mystical Shangrila or Shambala. This lineage of teachers is at least 5,000 years old, though eternal in nature.

This year join us in Authentic Yoga Retreats-Himalaya Darshan- in this 14 days excursion, expose yourself into the lap of Himalayas to pour the positive energy deep into your consciousness and rejuvenate your inner self.

The retreat has two phases-
