I started my Yoga classes with Vani after I developed a severe lower back and neck pain in 2010 from long sitting hours at office. Because of fatigue in the neck muscles, I used to feel sluggish all the time. However, within couple of weeks of start practicing Yoga with Vani (I started with thrice a week) – I could feel the difference. She also taught me some breathing exercises and meditation to manage my work stress. Even after moving to Seattle (USA), I continued my once a week Yoga practice with Vani through skype videos. I tried various Yoga teachers, but I felt that exercises and postures that she advised me were far more personalized to curb my back situation than the other ones.

I have attended several of Vani’s yoga classes ,me and my wife both agreed that she is the best yoga teacher we have ever had. She teaches an authentic Yoga style and as she is from India, her practice is 100% genuine yoga, obviously taught by her Indian guru. Vani seems to sense your limits and structures her classes and poses accordingly( not easy in a large class!) so we always come away knowing we have been challenged and had a good practice, yet feeling very relaxed and relieved of previous tension.She strikes the correct balance well. Vani’s “shavasana” and meditation that follows is beautifully taught… So peaceful, calming and relaxing.That’s why she’s the best !
